Throughout his career, Stephen has co-led ventures that have made major waves in competitive markets. A few standout accomplishments include leading a team to earn the coveted World’s Best distinction at the Global Distilled Spirits Competition in Geneva, Switzerland, and—alongside his longtime business partner Ronald Cotting—driving two products to the #1 and #2 positions in a national drug retailer, capturing over 30% total market share in the category.


He and Ron were also among the first to pioneer branded complementary products across both the Supplements and Topical Analgesics categories—pushing innovation where other major CPG companies followed. Stephen has successfully raised capital, engineered sustained sales growth, and developed strategies that fuse visionary ideas with real-world traction. Whether introducing breakthrough products or forging growth-focused partnerships, his work is defined by sharp execution and measurable impact.


He thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments where bold thinking is the norm. Outside the boardroom, Stephen enjoys traveling, attending live sporting events, grilling for friends and family, and is currently developing a video podcast at the intersection of business, culture, and entrepreneurship.

Ronald Cotting is a seasoned sales and business strategist with over 20 years of experience helping consumer brands scale, launch, and thrive in some of the most competitive retail environments. Known for his ability to craft data-driven strategies and build strong relationships across the retail ecosystem, Ronald has led national sales efforts for both startups and established CPG brands—consistently delivering breakthrough growth.

He has overseen the expansion of retail distribution from a few thousand to well over 7500 locations in under a year, while also driving sales growth of over 400%. His product development and go-to-market strategies have helped create top-selling SKUs in national retail chains and revitalized underperforming categories with fresh, competitive offerings.



Throughout his career, Ron has secured placements with leading national retailers, built promotional calendars using IRI and Nielsen data, and maintained strong partnerships with major distributors. He excels at navigating complex retail channels, optimizing pricing and merchandising strategies, and building brand stories that resonate with buyers and consumers alike.


Born in Switzerland and deeply global in perspective, Ron is also a lifelong adventurer. When he's not building growth plans or negotiating retail strategy, you might find him exploring new countries, flying planes (as a former flight instructor), or scuba diving in far-off oceans.
